This project is the UX/Brand and web design of the nutritionist / life coach Paola Carnevale . based in Rotterdam , The Netherlands. The client/user is expertized in functional nutrition, a relatively new chapter in alternative ways of nutrition and she wanted her brand identity to express serenity, safety, professionalism and inspiration the same time.

Life coaching is a also a goal and an identity that expresses contemporary ideas such as meditation , antianxiety philosophy, sustainability and respect for the nature was a starting point and the cornerstone of the whole project.

The design is minimal and serene, reflecting a calm and inviting atmosphere. The logo, inspired by nature, complements this aesthetic.

The homepage features a succinct introduction to Paola's services, emphasizing personalized nutrition and lifestyle choices aimed at enhancing overall well-being.

Clear calls to action, such as booking a free 20-minute call, are prominently displayed. The content is organized with ample white space, providing brief descriptions and easy navigation to more detailed sections.

Additionally, video strips offer a personal touch, facilitating a deeper connection with visitors and addressing their specific needs and interests.

The services’ section is designed with clear, straightforward language and visually descriptive elements to ensure every user can easily understand the services offered.

Detailed descriptions of the services are provided both visually and verbally, helping visitors grasp the full scope of what is available.

The site includes a timeline visualization, clearly outlining the procedures and types of engagement step-by-step, ensuring visitors can follow along effortlessly.

Additionally, the design avoids dark patterns, ensuring a transparent and user-friendly experience.

A minimalistic and communicative approach to creating newsletters, emphasising the use of strong visuals and storytelling. It features various newsletter, highlighting topics on nutrition, immune balance, and personal anecdotes.

The design showcases how personal communication builds trust, with examples of engaging content such as "Nutrition and immune balance: what to avoid, what to load up on!" and "More on how I met nutrition."

The layout demonstrates the importance of visually appealing and narrative-driven content in fostering a connection with the audience.

It includes a welcoming homepage with a call-to-action for booking a free 20-minute consultation call and a navigation menu for quick access to the blog, about page, and contact information. Paola's philosophy is presented, emphasizing the unique and interconnected nature of our bodies and the importance of honoring individual differences.

A contact form is provided for users to reach out, along with sections addressing common concerns such as body signals, work performance, unpredictability, and embracing one's unique self.

The site reassures users that they are in the right place for personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, emphasizing a collaborative and investigative approach.

The image presents UX metrics scorecards based on study-level and task-level metrics, evaluated by 15 users aged 19-45 from various nationalities, recruited via the Rotterdam Internationals Facebook group.

It compares the overall experience scores (SUPR-Q) of Paola Carnevale’s website with two other websites (B and C) in user tests conducted in October 2019 and April 2019. The metrics include Overall, Usability, Trust, Loyalty, Appearance, Functionality, and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Paola Carnevale’s website shows improvements from April to October, particularly in Overall, Usability, Appearance, and Functionality, though its NPS remains lower than Website B. The SUPR-Q and NPS definitions are provided, explaining their role in measuring user experience and customer loyalty, respectively.
